No new models at Geneva for Land Rover, but there is the new Range Rover Evoque Black Design Pack, Evoque 9-speed auto ‘box and electric Land Rover Defender. Probably of most interest is the new 9-speed auto ‘box for the Range Rover Evoque – replacing the current 6-speed auto box which should offer a lot more relaxing – and economical cruise – on motorways as well as make change more seamless.
Acura confirmed specs and released more photos Monday of the new ZDX, which is scheduled to arrive this winter as a 2010 model. The ZDX is the vehicle being pitched as a “four-door sports coupe” and, as expected, will come with a 3.7-liter V6 engine making 300 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. That's paired with a six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
Peugeot 107 Verve Road Test
The 107 is a great first car – easy to drive, easy to park, insurance group 1E (so it won’t cost an arm and a leg to get a bit of no claims going), so much so I’ve already recommended it to a friend who is looking to buy her first car after passing her test. But with the starting price of the Peugeot 107 Verve at £9,170 it’s a little pricey for what you get, even thought that includes AirCon, alloys, CD player and mp3 point as standard. As a fun, economical and stylish City car the 107 Verve presses most of the right buttons.
